Founder of The Eight Principles® and author of the award-winning book, The Eight Principles of Sustainable Fundraising®, Larry is an internationally recognized coach, trainer and thought leader in fund development and philanthropy.
Larry’s thirty-year career spans both program development and capital fundraising. After serving with the nation’s leading fundraising consultancy, he served four institutions of higher learning as chief advancement officer. He lead teams that collectively raised over a half-a-billion dollars. He has personally closed eight-figure gifts. He's coached the board, executives, and fundraisers of hundreds of nonprofit organizations in the United States, Canada and Great Britain.
She loves to provide our clients with unique and memorable experiences while exceeding their expectations. Her inspiration comes from her own passion for making an ordinary request an extraordinary one, no matter how small.
Sachin is bringing relational fundraising to India with The Eight Principles.
He serves as Executive Board Member for JaneAcuf Global, exclusive licensee for The Eight Principles in India
Sachin has 20 years of experience in the education sector and specializes in international education with specific focus on institutional collaborations. His belief that ‘Education is no longer local’ has driven him to establish institutional partnerships worldwide. During his years in higher education he has a wealth of experience of working with nonprofits and understands the importance of fundraising activities.

Elie Rubinstein is a non-profit professional and humanitarian with more than 20 years of leadership experience working for the advancement of underserved individuals, families, and children, locally and internationally. A skillful fundraiser, Elie Rubinstein most recently served as the Executive Director of H.E.S., a community center in Canarsie, Brooklyn. Under his leadership, the agency’s annual operating budget rose from $4,000,000 to $6,000,000. Elie Rubinstein earned his BA from Belorussian Polytechnic Institute in Minsk, Belarus, his MA in Management from the Heller School, Brandeis University, and most recently he started Horizons University’s online Doctor of Business Administration program. In his spare time, Elie likes to play chess and run marathons.
Markku has served as an executive in the non-profit sector for over 20 years and is passionate about seeing organizations grow and develop in executing their mission and impact. To enable this, Markku is an Eight Principles Coach and a 6 Levers Consultant, taking an entrepreneurial and relational approach to fundraising and partnerships. Markku has raised over $40 million by working with small to medium-sized organizations. Markku is passionate about helping CEOs and Leadership Teams develop and implement an organization's strategy and operating system.
Hillel Korin is the President of Korin Development Associates. His work has focused on serving the Jewish Community most recently through coaching, and consulting to mid-sized organizations. His career has spanned over five decades. Mr. Korin’s fundraising expertise has benefited Jewish federations, synagogues, universities, independent schools and cultural arts and a variety of community organizations in the United States and Israel. During his career, he has worked on board development projects and coaching senior volunteer and professional leadership.
Mr. Korin is a certified Quadrant 3 Leadership Coach with a particular interest in strengthening the development practices of directors of development and the organizations they lead.
A resident of Phoenix, Arizona he has served on several nonprofit boards, including Jewish Major Leaguers Inc., The American Jewish Committee, The New England Aquarium, Hillel Foundation at Brandeis University, Friends of Brandeis Athletics. After serving on their alumni board, he was appointed a President Councilor of Brandeis.
Captain Sood is a veteran in the Indian Navy. He currently serves as the Assistant Director, Office of Provost & Amrita Center for International Programs (ACIP), Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham. He is a graduate of the Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology and the University of Madras.
Rifaquat Ali Khan Mirza. based in New Delhi is founder and CEO of The Works and is a renowned strategic hospitality services advisor, serial entrepreneur, mentor, and a respected speaker at various industry forums. With a vast experience in the hospitality industry, he has carved a niche for himself as a leading expert in strategic hospitality services. However, what sets Rifaquat Ali Khan Mirza apart is his unwavering commitment to social impact through his NGO, Giggles Foundation. As the founder and drivingforce behind this non-profit organization, he is dedicated to improving the lives of underprivileged children in the areas of education and healthcare. Ranjeeb Sarma is an ESG professional, specialising in Supply Chain Social and Environmental Sustainability, and brings in more than two decades of experience in creation and Implementation of Socio-Economic impact Programmes especially related to Health and Gender Intersectionality. Having worked in both corporate and social sector helps him bring in a unique perspective in terms of identifying and remedying complex issues. He is currently working as a Programme Director at NCSRICCCHange an impact consultancy organization after completing an 8 year stint at Marks and Spencer Plc as a Head of CSR, Ethical Sourcing and Administration for India and Srilanka.
Thomas administers the volunteer program at the Kotak Education Foundation in Mumbai. A Result oriented and Experienced Human Resources Strategist, Learning and Development advisor, excellent team leader and project manager with about 30 years of work experience in the Human Resources stream, teaching and training, best known for his successful projects in the Non Government sector.
Thomas holds Masters in Political science and Public administration from Mysore University and Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) from St. Joseph’s college of Business Administration. In addition he has specialized himself with several Diplomas and Certificates in Human Resources including OD, Project Management, Coaching.
Dr. Upadhyay has four decades of experience across government, not-for-profits, corporate and academia. He has pioneered several innovative social enterprises including– “SAFAL” the largest retail chain of fresh fruits and vegetables in Delhi for the Government of India, “Aapni Yojana” drinking water to 10 cities and 1000 villages for KfW – German Development Bank and government of Rajasthan and Bastar (Chhattisgarh) Integrated Development Program for the Government of Denmark and Health of the Urban Poor for USAID.
Has played a pivotal part in development of Corporate Social Responsibility journey in India as a thought leader, practitioner and former head of the FICCI Aditya Birla CSR Centre for Excellence. He is a motivational speaker, executive coach and consultant. At present Professor and Chairperson, Centre for Sustainability & CSR at Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH), DELHI (NCR) India.
Satyendra Mishra is a fundraising and sustainability expert. He has a rich experience of over 18 years with various national and international organizations like Greenpeace India, Smile Foundation, ActionAid, Dignity Foundation, Light of Life Trust, and Shri Chaitanya Health and Care Trust.
He is a result driven action-oriented person, worked in different parts of India and lead the team for new and existing operation. His areas of expertise include- Operation Management, Concept selling, Corporate and institutional presentation, Resource Mobilization, Program Management, Team-building, Recruitment, Induction, Training & Development, Mentoring, Performance review & appraisal and Monitoring and evaluation.
