As an Eight Principles Facilitator
You Put Your Organization on the Fast Track For Sustained Fundraising Success.
We provide you with the skills to deliver training that puts your organization on the path to growing, sustained fundraising success. You align the thinking of your staff, fundraisers and board members with our experiential workshops while building confidence and skill. Created for adults with high levels of participation, activity and accountability.
We make it easy to be successful. We employ the Feynman Technique in learning, developed by Nobel Laureate Richard Feynman. By reducing any concept to it's simplest form and teaching it to another, you master it.
As a facilitator you lead members of your entire organization to think in new ways then act accordingly. Board, staff and volunteers discover new ways of doing and thinking about fundraising. Your organization identifies new revenue streams and increases the ones it already has. Your organization's fundraising costs—how much is spent to raise a dollar—drop dramatically. You show everyone how to make fundraising a true joy. With continual learning your bring real organizational stability. Success becomes permanent.
Facilitator Training is conducted in small cohorts. You receive personal attention from The Eight Principles team. You build strong relationships with well motivated individuals in a supportive environment.
Becoming a Facilitator is Easy

We strongly recommend arranging a no-cost strategy session before registering for facilitator training.
Together we’ll explore whether Continuous Learning is the right direction for you.
Facilitator Training Cohorts

From personal attention and custom materials to the superb setting in one of the premier business clubs in the country. Training cohorts fill quickly.
